AUTOOL AST603 Automotive Brake Fluid Bleeder is a brake fluid exchanger equipment. The physical principle is to suck the brake fluid from the new fluid storage tank through a pump, and continuously pump it into the automobile brake fluid container at a specified pressure.Compared with the traditional compressing way to exchange brake fluid, this pulsating brake fluid exchanger can effectively avoid the generation of air bubbles during the filling process, thereby optimizing or avoiding the artificial exhaust process.

Operating Instructions

Step 1: Add new brake fluid into the storage bottle.

Step 2: Connect the suction hose and pressure balancing hose to the storage bottle.

Step 3: Connect to a 12V battery.

Step 4: After connecting the filling hose to the appropriate adapter, connect it to the vehicle’s brake fluid reservoir.

Step 5: Attach the recovery oil bottle to the brake cylinder.

Step 6: Turn on the power switch & press the start button to begin.

Detailed Design

The AST603 features a Pressure Gauge Display that provides real-time monitoring of the fluid replacement status. Metal Hose Fittings, crafted with precision, ensure a strong seal and long-lasting durability. The Pressure Adjustment Knob allows for real-time control of pressure levels, while the Indicator Light Design clearly shows the operational status. An Aviation Power Plug makes it easy to remove and replace the power cable, with a self-locking mechanism to prevent detachment. Additionally, the Screw Column Quick Connector enables easy removal and replacement of the filling tube.
